Had this up and running for a few months now. Very happy with. Easy to setup and boot time is great. Absolutely no problems. FYI it will not handle Windows 11 but I knew that going in. Great computer for price and it has been reliable. Hardly ever hear a fan running --- it is just smooth and quiet perfect for my desktop.

EDIT: I wrote a nice review below because it was fast shipping. Before I was very excited to finally get a home computer for our household. Our son needs one for school. I am very low income so it took me forever to save up!The computer came with the wrong cable (HDMI to HDMI), but the computer needed VGA to HDMI in order to hook up to any monitor. So I had to purchase a adapter. Annoying that it didn't come with the correct cable but ultimately IDK as long as it works.However, after connecting to new correct cable, the screen says that there is no connection. Every piece of equipment is new except for the renewed computer.Please tell me why this is not working! I spent good hard earned money for this computer and it won't even turn on! I am seriously in tears right now! It's Saturday and there is no phone # to call! I just lost around $200 for this!ONE WEEK EARLIER:I am waiting for my monitor etc to arrive in a couple days, so I will come back to this review if product doesn't work.....But I can rate on the shipping, cosmetic condition and customer service, all excellent!I appreciate so much that you offer affordable renewed computers as I am low income and live in rural area. So that the fact that it was delivered so quickly AND in good condition is SO appreciated

This one is the fastest one I ever had, the ram is huge, and lots of hard drive storage. Even though, I’m the second owner, it’s brand new to me. Included is a lighted keyboard and a lighted mouse. The package deal is great. You get lots of bang for your buck!
