I like this replacement home computer. No compatibility issues with the software I had installed on my old Windows 10 machine. Everything works in Windows 11. This machine did NOT have a DVD-RW drive. I purchased a compatible internal drive directly from Dell for less than $30 and installed it myself. (I know that's probably an "old school" move, but I still wanted the ability to create DVDs and CDs.)I am very pleased with this machine. It was a great for the price.

Got this refurbished Optiplex 7060 about a week ago. Works great. It's exactly as I expected, a fast clean computer that does what I ask it to without fail or hesitation. Anything less would be a disappointment and it is not a disappointment. I will likely ONLY buy refurbished computers moving forward for my home use.

Update 12.20.24 Thank God for Amazon customer service! The computer worked until 12.6.24. Then it shut down giving a BIOs error. Contacting the seller is useless. They will reply to messages with IT solutions, that if you are not tech savvy, probably won't be able to attempt. Luckily, I am tech savvy, but the computer still won't work. Seller is not good at customer service or truly wanting to replace/ repair the item. This is a very good value for the person who does not want to spend a lot of money on a new computer. It does everything as well as a new top dollar computer. Windows 11 works well. Like any new computer, you will need to update preferences and download from the cloud or transfer your files. It's a really simple set up. There were no compatibility issues with my printer, monitor or mouse.The only complaint that I have is the wireless keyboard and mouse that came with the unit. They are really cheap and it's probably better for you to use your existing keyboard and mouse or purchase new ones. For me neither the mouse nor the keyboard would stay connected.

Good machine for the price. Does all that I want. But... Not for the faint of heart. No instructions at all. Initially, thought second drive was absent until I checked Disk Management. No drive letter assigned.Will probably buy another.

Replaced my 20 yo Gateway PC. Easy to hookup and download my files. Followed instructions and only took about 40 mins to install updates. For the price, Am extremely happy. SSDrive is reliable. Refurbished PC is the only way to go if you only need to access old files, surf and retired.

I purchased one of these computers in July and started setting it up shortly after it arrived. Everything seemed to work well, but unfortunately, I did not test the optical drive, which I have just discovered will not work. In addition, the wi-fi function, which was operating normally when the machine arrived, has now failed. The return window has closed, so I am stuck with a machine that must be repaired or scrapped. If you buy one of these machines, purchase the extended warranty, and check the machine out thoroughly before the return window closes.

El equipo en sÃ, cumple con la descripción , pero si reistalas Windows te pide una key para activar el S.O. es decir si no sigues ciertos pasos se pierde la licencia.

My only issue is that there is no Bluetooth or wi-fi 6. Because it is a Dell, I could not install a card for those. I contacted the seller, but because of the language barrier, I got nowhere. I ended up installing 2 USBs with Wi-fi 6 and Bluetooth. Apart from that I works great.
