Your cart is empty.Delphi's Mass Air Flow sensors provide the engine control module (ECM) with continuous information regarding how much and how fast air is entering the engine. This ensures optimal engine performance, increases fuel economy and reduces emissions. What's more is that Delphi is the only manufacturer that offers a mass air flow sensors with dual heated elements, which allow any platform to incorporate mass air flow sensors into its air/fuel system, regardless of ducting assembly. Mass air flow sensors feature fast response, typically less than 15 milliseconds to 90 percent of flow change, for outstanding performance over a wide range of ambient temperatures. Delphi's mass air flow sensors also use multiple sensing elements to eliminate sensitivity to changes in supply voltage and noise on power ground lines, and feature cold sealing available to -50 degree Celsius.

I’ve been having a random misfire that wasn’t bad enough to throw any codes , but the misfires were across all the cylinders and seemed to happen more when I’d accelerate , after changing out plugs / wires / and coil packs i was still having the issue . Bought a cheapo from amazon originally and the issue got way worse , returned it and bought the quality OEM quality one and it solved the issue so far ….. and buying it from amazon was roughly $40 cheaper than the local auto parts store for the same exact item …..

The part was well priced. Delphi is a OEM supplier. The original part had not failed but was 90,000 miles and 10 years old. It did markedly improve all the other performance issues; Smoother shift points, much improved gas mileage, better acceleration, better idle control and smoother idle. Over all performance was improved. I also changed out the MAP sensor which has some functional overlap with the MAF. For you reviewers with bad results, keep in mind that oil used on after market reusable filters could contaminate the MAF.Also inspect all electrical connectors, R/R as needed.

The engine kept being hot to the point where I thought it was overheating. I changed a relay that fixed a radiator fan issue and that made it a little better but not much. I read about replacing this sensor and that would fix my issue. They were right. Lowered temps to the middle as it was originally.

I put 5 maf sensors on from o’Reiley’s . They lasted a week at a time. This one seems to be holding 2 weeks in.

This sensor is a perfect fit for my 2012 Chevy Avalanche. These sensors do not last forever, and in replacing mine, I have seen a big improvement in both idle and running performance. It was time to change, and this OEM was the way to go. Zero issues with fitment or working with the trucks computer. No third party bits in my engine…
