This is a very high quality bike rack. It's strong enough to hold a large mountain bike. The design allows for small kids bikes up to large adult bikes. The hooks do not come attached to the mounting plate which makes for some difficulty hanging on the wall but not so much that I would say do not buy. They are still very high quality. They also have silicone covers on the hooks which protects your bikes frame from scratching when hanging on the hook.

Make sure you have a stud finder. Installation was easy, just drill the two screws. The two screws are on top of each other, so they go right through the center of the stud. Two metal plates sandwich-hold the handles - I did it myself; but an extra set of hands would help to hold it in place while someone screws it on the wall. It looks great and it’s sturdy. I have a road bike on it; and, I stop to look at it, because it also looks nice. If you want a bike on the wall, buy this. I will stick to this brand for future needs, as they have proven the quality, workmanship, and effectivity of their products. Highly recommended!

An overly complicated design that involves four different moving parts, all of which are working against gravity when you go to hang the bike rack.

So overall this is a decent product, but the arms aren't long enough and I felt that the provided screws were a little tiny. First part is fact, second was just my impression.In order to get good clearance from the wall I screwed 2 boards into the base board, then 2 more boards into them all using very long & strong deck screws. Then I attached the mount to them with some longer thicker screws than the ones provided.So with a little extra effort the product worked out, but they should really just make the arms longer. My bike is certainly not a big one. My old bike had much larger handle bars. That would have been a real challenge.

Ordered two. Screws snapped in half from 30 lb. bike on one. Customer Support has refused to acknowledge a problem with the screws or pay damages. Response: Screws were only tested on/for wood studs (they were mounted on concrete block with plastic anchors). Yet, product packaging is clear that it mounts to any wall! See pictures. The other two screws are fine. Please avoid this product, it’s likely not American built as they claim.
