I wanted a hand towel holder next to my sink that matched my Champagne bronze faucet. Perfect match, nice weight and feels like good quality. It did come with out a box in a plastic bag. So the the toilet paper holder, which I thought was odd. Must have been a return is what I figured. It was in perfect condition and all parts were there.

I purchased two of these. The first one was missing hardware and had this strange hole in the front where the ring connects to the base. You can flip it over to hide the hole, but then the mounting screw is showing at the top of the base. I ordered a replacement and it came the same way! I don’t understand why they would put a hole on the front instead of underneath. Returned both yesterday (haven’t received credit yet.), and ordered a new one from Home Depot. Hopefully it won’t have the hole.
