I don't have particularly large nor small arms, probably a little on the smaller size. I bought the "regular" size pads and they fit perfectly. Also, I really like the protection these pads offer, more than other elbow pads I have tried. They stay in place really well.

Get larger than you think you need. I got reg and they were too small. Made my arms fall asleep. Other than that they stay in place better than most.

Great protection and shock absorbing for sparring but had for less then 6 months and they are falling apart already. Use these about 2-3x a week.

Bad:- no measurements found anywhere on the website (Amazon or maker). I always wear medium and their regular (which means medium) is too tight unless you have flat bisep and forearm- the neoprene it is made of is not stretchy enough, so if you do not fit in their size you have to go size up- since there is no measurements, it costed me nearly $20 in shipping costs to get them and send them back since their medium is not really a medium - so unless you have tried them elsewhere or willing to potentially throw away money on shipping, DO NOT purchase.- it looks like they are well made, but I could not tell for sure since I could not put them on all the way

It cut off all circulation in my arms. I had to cut it apart and it was still too tight.
