Exact part as the original ones from my 2007 Matrix. I replaced these parts along with the fuel regulator and the actual fuel filter from Beck Arnley.

This assembly is most expensive option and over ten times more so than purchasing Fuel Pump Filter Strainer for $8.00 yet this kit is perfect match for Toyota Corolla.Replacement of thin hose assembly and connector, which this kit includes, mitigates risk of tubes crumbling or braking during dis-assembly to access and replace strainer.Of course, most thorough replacement kit (optional) is usually easier to complete yet comes at highest material part cost.Still, original hoses may very well last over twelve years before crumbling yet considering amount of labor involved it is probably more cost effective to use this kit.

This fit inside the original OEM fuel pump & sender assembly. My pump was intermittent for the last 5 years. I pushed it to +100mph one afternoon, and after that it started being even more intermittent, to the point banging on the pump was the only way to get it to turn over. This pump solves the issue. NOTE: Important the strainer sold with the pump is not a fuel filter, think of it as a pre filter for the pump. The in-tank fuel pump & sender assembly also has has a lifetime fuel filter assembly. I believe in Toyota speak, lifetime should mean 200k miles (but that information has not been released, lifetime might also refer to vehicle lifetime or fuel pump lifetime). And after that point it becomes too expensive for someone who does not do their own repair work to maintain. So, if you are near that point and you plan on replacing the fuel pump, you should replace the fuel filter assembly at the same time(but it's just about impossible to find the fuel filter assembly(77024-02120). I used the phrase "assembly" to match the Toyota parts catalog speak on purpose. 2nd NOTE: Denso parts are for Toyota's Matrix, Delphi parts for GM's Vibes and they are slightly different, and are not interchangeable within an assembly. But the entire fuel pump & sender assembly is interchangeable, just a bit $$$.Edit: Pump failed after 23 months. Now, I have found out, this pump seems to be covered by a car recall. However, buying the pump as an individual is not included in the recall.

This fits and it works. If your fuel pump is toast and the gas gauge works, use this kit to fix it instead of paying Toyota $1200 for a new pump and housing unitThe kit comes with the pump and filter thing. When you take apart the housing make sure you put the C clip somewhere safe because it is really easy to lose it.Replacing it was easy and smelly so don;t do this indoors.
