I keep this on my vest and use it for work it holds strong and have had no issues.

The quality on this is decent, pretty good for not a name brand product. I worry about eh durabiltiy of the back fastener that connects to the belt, it uses velcro and 2 button snaps. I would be worried with it coming off and losing my cuffs, or it breaking down overtime.

Works as advertised and would probably work just fine for hand cuffs. I purchased this product for leg irons. Will not support the weight of leg irons will running, comes un-snapped.
