Oh, my gosh! I didn't really realize that I needed this until I installed a new radiator. This is short enough to keep the fan blade far enough from the radiator, and long enough to keep the fan blade away from the fan belt. A perfect solution for my imperfect problem. I am using it for a Ford 289, but its design allows it to work for many engines that use a four-bolt fan.

One of the fine thread bolts was missing, otherwise happy with the fit and finish attaching a stock 68 Mustang Fan to the I6 water pump.

Bought the 1 1/2†and it worked great. Need a 1/2†spacer and just won’t seat. I removed the spacer and it not scuffed all the way down.I polished the water pump and used a battery post cleaner on the spacer but to no avail. Wasted a lot of time.

This is a lightweight aluminum fan spacer. Comes with 4 each Grade 5 5/16†Fine and Coarse thread cap screws. And 4 washers.
