Great quality, fun color, and terrific durability. I bought these laces for my teen niece. We skate together and she wanted to add a pop of color to her skates. She has had the laces for a couple of months and the laces are holding up incredibly well. If you are thinking of buying these, I would highly recommend Derby Laces.

way better than the A&R hockey laces - those things are total garbage - they started showing wear after just two uses, these laces are looking new after two uses. im not a lace fanatic, i just have inline skates and ice skates - i needed new laces for my inlines and i liked these, so for my hockey ice skates i decided to get waxed laces as well. the problem is derby didnt have the 108" that i needed, so i choose A&R, well i wish i waited for derby to stock them, that was a waste of $8.

I like these laces and wore them once, they did it look like this when I opened them 4 days ago. I noticed when I just now took my laces out to try some new lace techniques that the end of the lace was frayed and my eyelets aren’t snagging. Otherwise great laces and love the color options!

Love my derby laces! I am fresh meat this year. I have used these for about a month, and I just recently put them on my new skates. They work well on both. I love that they stay snug and don't come untied. They can be hard to cinch, but I love that they are not slippery and stay tight. Plus, lime green is my favorite color, so an added bonus is all the color choices!

Nice and long. Thick and secure. They don't feel waxy but I'm sure it's there to help extend the life of them when they're constant neighbors of unforgiving Velcro. They look great with green poison wheels and, of course with everything derby, they included a cute sticker ⤠I will be buying again if I ever have a need to or want a different color!

So these probably weren't the best choice for my son's skates, but he liked the look and I need laces that stayed put.However, they are quite long for a size 4 artistic roller skate and they are very very difficult for my son's nearly 9-yo hands to manage.Not unhappy with them, but realize they just are not perfect for our needs.

I like how thick and durable these laces are. They are a little short but otherwise great.
