FEATURE
- DERNORD brewery hoses are a heavy duty design for the suction and delivery of beer, wine, alcohol, and soft drinks.
- Each hose is formulated with a white, smooth EPDM rubber tube to insure food quality and to be odorless and taste neutral.
- EPDM liner offers the ability to withstand heat over time better than the Chlorobutyl counterparts. The blue cover offers excellent weather and abrasion resistance.
- All hoses are reinforced by high strength synthetic plies with steel wire spirals

Perfect addition to the project I'm working on.Like every otrher product I have received from DERNORD, the quality is excellent. I'm actually becoming a fan of their stuff. It's always good.This hose didn't show up with gaskets so plan on ordering them seperately. once the gaskets arrive the tri-clamps (like always) will create a tight seal.Is this quality hose worth the price? My answer is - absolutely. Easy to recommend to those that need something like this.

This hose feels like it belongs on the space station, it's really something to behold. Probably more useful for those in pro or prosumer situations than your average homebrewer like myself. The machining is really high quality as I've typically found is consistent with Dernord tri-clamp connections. The metal inner hose pieces are polished and shiny devoid any surface defects and/or scratches which can hide bacteria.For most homebrewers like me this is likely more hose than you need unless you have a pretty serious setup RIMs setup or something of the like. That said this is a beast of a hose and looks awesome hooked up to my 8 gallon conical. The only real situation I could test in my setup was the output cold side transfer. As a test I hooked it up to a butterfly valve on the output of my fermentation tank and filled the tank with 5 gallons of water. I dumped the entire 5 gallons to a bucket in about three seconds using this hose.Overall I'm really happy with this hose although my current setup limits it's use as I expand my brewery I can see where it will come in handy.

This brew hose clamps up well to all of my equipment. t is really well made and rigid. It is pretty heavy duty too. This works for short distances transfering really hot water. The quality should last, I am very pleased.
