I got this for my husband who is a Penn State grad, fan, and employee. It's more modern than some of his more conservative ties that he already has. Besides the design, the quality of the fabric and construction is nice. He also said that it is very easy to tie. The only negative is that I wish it came in a tie box for gift giving. It just comes in a cheap plastic container. If I were gifting it to someone other than my husband, I would have gone out and bought a nice tie box to put it in. It's disappointing that it didn't come in one because I wouldn't want to give it as a gift in the cheap plastic "box" (not really a box but it's more than a plastic bag) that it comes in. Overall, though, the tie itself is very nice.

Very nice PSU tie for the Nittany Lion fan! Very well made with nice materials and vibrant colors and it ties well. A perfect gift for the PSU fan. Very happy with the construction and looks of this tie.

I ordered this Penn State striped tie for my husband. It is a nice satin. It came in a box. The Penn State emblem is made with thread. And the back of the tie as a loop made of the same material to keep the tail in place. Overall a nice tie. And would make a nice gift.
