I purchased this fountain and once received I attempted to get the fountain to work. No matter how many of the tips and tricks listed in the user guide I could not get the motor on the fountain to work correctly. Meaning, the water never came out of the top of the fountain. I returned the first fountain and requested a replacement. The replacement arrived quickly and I was happy to see that the fountain did work. However, after about 5 minutes there was no longer a "flow" of water cascading from level to level. The water simply drizzled down the side of the fountain.

I was expecting something bigger, but this thing is small. The description lists the dimensions but the picture made it look so big. It is less than a foot tall, and is best placed on a desk or ledge. It's smaller than my kitchen blender! It had a slight smell to it when I first took it out, but went slowly fading. I filled it with some water and then plugged it in. It has a nice trickling water sound with ambient light. There is no option to turn the lights on/off. There is no power button either, it just comes on when plugged in. I guess this is used for a tabletop display on your desk or shelf. It is cute, but doesn't feel too durable. It says can be used indoor/outdoor, but I wouldn't leave this outdoors in the elements. It is also light. It's cute if you want to add some ambience to a room, just know you are getting a small display piece the size of a kitchen blender.

With the negative reviews on this fountain I was leery to try it. But I am happy to say I am well pleased with it. Looks great on my table. The built in lights reflects nicely in the water to the underneath rock formation giving it a dancing motion. Nice trickling sound. Pump is adjustable to the amount of water flow you want. Had no problems at all with it starting right up. Some of the light attachment cords were not installed right, but it only took a couple minutes to insert the plugs and tighten down the screws the way it should've been shipped. Time will tell overtime how the pump holds up. If the pump stops working within the first month or so I will come back and update this review. But as of right now I absolutely love this fountain. Great addition to my water fountains. I run them and enjoy them daily.

I got this for my fiance for our two year dating anniversary because he loves waterfalls (he proposed to me near one!) It's pretty and works great. Pump is a little noticeable but I mostly tune it out. I do kind of wish you could turn the lights off though, and that they were a little "warmer" they're very "cool" and look blue.

The pump was not strong. I put distilled water and cleaned it weekly and it still failed. Then it started to leak. I serviced it the best I could but it is unuseable.

A nice fountain, smaller than I expected. But acceptable. It was however obviously I return and a repackage. And a poor job at that.

Cute little! I was expecting it little bigger.when I received , I was surprising looking at the box, saying I didn’t order something that small!! Looking cool on the side table in the living room and on top of that the blue lights and running water makes it special.

Nice sound and lighting. It’s all on or all off but love it. Stays on 24/7 and no problems yet 3mns. Make sure it keep adding water every other day
