Decent shelf for my kids to store Legos and other knick knacks on but the quality is pretty low and feels cheap. Chipped on corners and holes are drilled poorly. Good for a kids room.

This is a really cute little shelf, and the price is great, but the quality be a bit better. Instructions were easy to follow and made sure to point out details so I didn't mess up. It even came with a little screwdriver (though there were so many screws I ended up using my electric one for convenience). Once put together it looks great. My main complaint is, most of the holes have chipping in the paint, which makes me wonder how long it will last. The wood is fairly thin too. To be fair though, once the shelf is put together, the chipping isn't really visible (otherwise I would have bumped the review down to 3 stars). Another thing to keep in mind is that there are no tabs to cover the screws...but I guess a little paint would fix that issue.Overall, I'm happy with the shelf, it is really cute, and the extension feature is nice too, I just wish there was better quality control to avoid paint chipping. For the price though, I'd say it's still worth buying, if you'll only need it for lightweight use.

For my purposes, this is a 5 star product. I wasn’t sure when I was putting it together. This thing has a lot of screws and I was certain I didn’t have enough, the instructions were kind of vague, so I was wondering if it was going to be a waste of time but I had exactly enough screws and the result is great. Also, don’t use the screwdriver that’s included. You’ll strip the screws. You need a bigger Phillips head. Seems like most people have a bunch of screwdrivers hanging around.I needed to organize my desk and this did the trick. Yeah, you can see the screw heads and the stickers don’t come off without goo stuff but the screws aren’t anywhere I can see and I hate messing with screw caps. They either fall off or don’t go in. And once you strip the top off the stickers, they’re the same color as the wood. I’m not picky.I’m not going to pretend the instructions are great but if you’re good at assembling furniture, you’ll do fine. Just look at the pictures.And those three shelves on the side are super narrow. They’re the width of a credit card so make sure whatever you want to put there will fit. They’re perfect for letters and envelopes maybe. I’m using them for my reading glasses that I always lose track of.I don’t know how long my desk will stay this clean but it works for now.For the price you can’t beat this. It’s basically a mini hutch.
