Was missing the upper control arms. They gave me less than a $50.00 refund which is half of what they sell them for, and I had to pay three times the amount to get them that day local. I've been burnt by Detroit Axle before on an electronic rack. There will not be a third time very poor customer service.

I was not able to cancel order 2 hours later on a weekend early morning, already being processed. I didn't realize that the parts were identified by Amazon's auto part 'fitter'. I sent message stating that it was not a fit per Amazon. Notified that it did fit my 2005 Silverado Z71 crew cab. Pitman arm was smaller inside diameter. I had to purchase another, Moog problem solver pitman arm. I was only able to install pitman arm nut with sent part, would not slide up the shaft far enough for the washer to fit too. When parts arrived, shipped securely enough, no torn boots and all pieces. As others have stated, the A-arm ball joint is not fitted with a zerk, it's a permanent lube joint. Seeing that I needed the lower control arm bushings too, I opted to go Moog upper and lower control arms, I have used Moog parts since the late '70s, I have good experiences with their parts. I have yet to give a length of use for Detroit Axle, this being the first of using the brand. What I know now, I would not buy the kit again.
