Tires are expensive. Tires get inflated. The manufacturer lists the recommended tire pressure on the door post and in the manual that people never read. Underinflated tires are as dangerous as overinflated ones. This thing fits in the glove box. I calibrated it and the reading are accurate. Yeah, I check my tire pressure. If it is unexpected low, I want to know why. Nail in the tire, whatever. Better standing still than doing 60MPH. This unit works well. It seats itself well, is easy to read and is quite sturdy for the price. I still have my old one because I'm sentimental.

I compared this to a known accurate digital tire pressure gauge and the readings were identical, which is great for an inexpensive pencil gauge. The only problem, and this is common to pencil gauges, is that the printing is small and hard to read. It will work fine for a daytime gauge.

Classic design that feels well made. Inexpensive enough to keep one in each car and a spare in the garage. Distinctive color helps make it easy to find when needed. Seems to give accurate readings.

Accurate PSI readings compared against two analog gauges and one digital gauge. Solid design, has heft, doesn't feel cheap like many similar products on market nowadays.Purchased on a lark, thinking its funny to have dewalt branded products that aren't power tools, purchased their steel water cup/tumblr under the same premise.(Added benefit: the bright yellow color is convenient for spotting it amongst chrome and darker objects during times where things get a bit disorganized)Recommended 100% if it suits your use-case

You can't beat Dewalt products. Max is 60 PSI but (word of caution) if you check your spare tire that requires 60PSI don't inflate to 60 psi because if you inflate to 60psi it will blow the gauge apart.For checking all the other 4 tires that require 30 to 35psi no problem. Works great.

This is one of the few gauges that has an acceptable accurarcy and priced right.
