I used it to bore a number of holes through 3†chestnut joists for running pipe in an old house. It cut fast and cleanly. I was surprised at how smooth the holes were. Excellent tool!

Used the to make holes thru round fence posts to string rope for a deck railing. Ate right thru the wood. Worked great!

the little guide spear at the center broke off right away. they give an extra one in the box, to replace it....that means they alreadyknow its gonna break on you. the blades bent, and broke off, i sent mine back, but if you dont beleive this reveiew, buy it and let it break off and hit you in the eye, like it did me. HEY...I was fast to get out the way when the medal flew and hit the corner of my eye as I leaped out of the way of the flying medal to my eyes....SAFETY GOGGLES??? HELL....NOOO...!IF YOURE NOT FAST ENOUGH TO MOVE OUT THE WAY, YOU SHOULDNT BE USING POWER TOOLS TO BEGIN WITH!
