I’ve had one of these for more than 20 years that has gone through heavy use. The plastic finally broke a couple of months ago and I was looking for a replacement. However, when I was looking for it, everything I found said it was discontinued. All the other options I found seemed too clunky and larger than what I was looking for. When I found this case, it seemed to be the same but I wasn’t certain. However, when it arrived, I was happy to see it was the same product and it felt just as durable. I’ve only had it for a couple months but so far it seems as good as my other one. For anyone looking, the case is the DW2190 model.

Hey... I haven't used them yet but they look good. Carbide from a manufacturer that knows how to use carbide is what it is. Just don't pull the bonehead move I did and order for size based on how it looked in the pics, check the specs. The biggest bit there isn't half an inch and how often will the average person be putting a tiny hole in concrete? Also, that case; while really tough and nice clearly wasn't made for those bits... it's an extra... siré, you can fit em in, but they'll rattle and then you'll have spaces left for you to figure out what you'll stick there... after that you'll wish it was transparent. But hey, it's good stuff for sure.

A perfect container to take with your drill. You can put all your little attachments, bits, and tips in this so you don't have to look around everywhere for the different ones you need when working on things.I keep several different type screw bits in mine as well as 1/4" drive bits and common size small drill bits.Everything is all in one place.Each side locks and the sides lock securely together when closed.The sliding locks on mine were a little stiff, but some silicone spray took car of that.Buy this if you like to have all your drill / screw bits in one location

These are exceptionally sharp and extremely tough. So far block, brick, and 4000lb concrete do not slow them down or dull them. At low speed, they start very well without slipping around. Definitely superior to standard carbide bits.

I have used only one of them, the size I needed, and it worked just fine. I will update this review if needed, when I use the other ones.
