I like the DEWALT Miter Saw, Single Bevel, Compound, 10-Inch, because of the safety features. The blade guard works well keeping fingers out of harms way. It works well and is very efficient. I hook the saw up to a shop vac which keeps the area clean. Great Transaction, John

Simple miter saw with nothing fancy. It works well for my basic needs. I don't need to make fancy angled cuts and the price was right. Easy to set up and light wait for transport with built in safety guard.

Great saw, that takes up much less space than my former saw. I found that for the bulk of what i was doing i did not need the big slider, this compact saw does everything i need it to do. Sliding fence is a definite upgrade from my previous saw, and the accuracy out of the box is everything i would expect. Very smooth operation, but the only drawback i find is it is a little more noisy than my previous saws.

Easy to set up, clean cuts. The holding clamp is a bit tight but it does a great job for 2x4 lumber, floor and window finishing trims. Hooks up to a catch bag or even a Shop Vac hose to collect saw dust and chips when cutting. Recommend getting the work stand for this product (sold separately).
