Have a motorhome with a lot of fluids and what the repair shops want for an oil change is outrageous. This made the job extremely easy. Pump worked great had a little issue with cleaning the hose but finally for that done. No leaks and the top screen stops from losing hardware.

They supply you with a lot of teflon plumbing tape and if you use their fittings you'll need it. I like my fittings to snug up without tape so I purchased some fitting were one of the reviewers said they tightend up after 1 thread and it worked. The new fittings snugged up about 1/2 way in. I was able to use minimal teflon tape to seal the fittings. You need 3/4 pipe threads for one end and 3/4 barb fitting for the other if you want to do it like I did. Everything else went together fine It does feel like a cheap chinese build quality, I figure I could reinforce whatever breaks when needed. I think I'll get some life out of this without leaks because of how I built mine.

Motor was not strong enough to pump. Return policy was too hard to follow once used!!!!

This is a really nice drain pan. I gave it 5 star, only complaint I have is that during assembly, they glued the fittings and while putting together I broke a 1/2 90 and hose nip. When you assemble just install on pump prior to bolting to tank.. Pump works nicely !

The pan will not allow the pump to pick up the last 2+ gallons of liquid due to the shape of the drain area and the location of the drain intake fitting. Also, you can not tip the pan over to drain due to the lip on the opening. We solved this by drilling a 3/4" hole at the lowest point on the bottom of the pan and fitting it with a removable rubber snap plug so it can be mostly emptied. ItΓ’β¬β’s a real pain in the drain!ItΓ’β¬β’s extremely frustrating trying to get it clean. The manual pump is all but useless.Yes at home toil, a little bit too well.I do not recommend this product, nor would I buy it again.
