INNOVATIVE SUSPENSION DESIGN: E-Z Flex is constructed using a resilient rubber core that is permanently held between two equalizer arms. Unaffected by the elements, this core has been scientifically formulated to provide optimal dampening characteristics and long fatigue life. RETAINS AXLE EQUALIZATION: E-Z Flex is mounted to a standard hanger which provides a pivot point for equalization of the axles. Suspension systems without this hanger-to-pivot-point relationship sacrifice the ability of the axles to equalize over uneven terrain. Excellent experience with this kit. Ordered it on Monday and it arrived the very next day. All the hardware was there and the install was very easy. This kit is very good quality parts and built to last. The change in ride is fantastic and i cant believe how much quieter my trailer is running down the road. No more banging and squeaking at all.. i installed this on the trailer I haul every day for work and put roughly 50k miles a year on the trailer so I need quality and tough suspension parts. Also, I live in maine and the roads are absolutely horrible in most places. I just installed it so I can't say how long it will last but judging by the parts, im gonna say it'll last a hell of a lot longer than the tractor supply junk suspension I was running and fixing sometimes 4 times a year. All n all, extremely happy with this investment.

This suspension linkage made a world of difference in the trailer. I had my tires balanced prior to this linkage . With the 2 extras my trailer pulls like a dream . I can pull my trailer higher travel speed and so much smoother. It's the best money I've spent.

The materials used in this product is a big upgrade over the stock parts. Everything looks to be built to last. The travel trailer seems to ride smoother with less bounce. Installation went pretty fast once we figured out the first side. Total installation time with no prior experience 2.5 hours.Having two floor jacks helps out alot with parts alignment and having air tools to makes the job go faster.Only con:Equalizer zerks can be hard the access with the tires on. Absolutely need a grease gun with a flexible hose to access the equalizer zerks.

Old trailer suspension rattled and clanked. After installing this is was whisper quiet and towed better too. Not hard to install. Took about 8 hours.

Many have written about poor packaging. My heavy box was reasobably well taped & arrived in one piece.I inventoried all the parts, all good. Impressed with how heavy duty these parts are. I wil have ab RV shop do the install, as our rig is 20 years old and we intend to keep it; RV shop is doing the install, partly because of the age of the fiver, partly a time issue. I am sure the install could be a real PIA, so I will leave it for the Pros who have done many of these.Will add another review afetr I have used it for a while!Also pricing was $50 less than a major trailer parts house, amazing!

This is an amazing product! It did exactly what it's said to do and that is to alleviate the popping and balance out the ride on my boat trailer. If you are attempting to install this yourself, have someone that can assist you (only my advice). Also, the bolts that have to be hammered in, Are A Challenge to say the least. I ruined a 3/4" impact socket hammering these bolts into position. I did this with the help of one more person in less than three hours. I gave this product four stars because one of the grease fittings was broken when I received the kit.

The price of the kit was great.It took about two hours to install. (I am a technician by trade) tools are required that some may not have.The noisy popping and squeaking from the suspension on our RV is gone. Is it also more stable? It’s really hard to tell as a fifth wheel is super stable anyway and I tow a 12,500 gvwr fifth wheel with a 2021 dually Ram. But sure.It’s really nice to be able to grease the bolts and when I pulled the pedi bushings out to install these bronze ones the pedi ones were worn thin and through in some places on a five year old fiver.Well worth it to me!,

I installed these on my enclosed trailer. I couldn’t believe the ride quality difference. I also love the heavy duty shackles which make a huge difference in axle twist when turning sharp. The grease ability is also a great feature.

Was impressed with fit of this product. I only had a few thousand kilometres on my 24 ft Kz but every plastic bushing was gone! Hoping this part will smooth out the ride. Only bad part was getting grease into new bushings. Had to loosen off bolts and turn greasable bolts to get them to work. Took about 2 hours and a couple of cut knuckles. Would recommend this part for an upgrade.

My dads dump trailer was in serious need of a suspension rebuild. We were going to replace with OEM hardware, but then i saw this kit. It tows like a brand new trailer. He couldn't be happier. A bit pricy, but a small price to pay for a smooth safe ride down the road. A few of the grease zerk fittings wouldnt take grease, so i had to replace them, but other than that the install was a breeze.

Used this kit to replace stock plastic Chinese bushings. Way better than stock. Rides much smoother. With proper maintenance should last ten times longer than OE.

The new shackles are a lot thicker than the stock ones. The install took a couple of hours with all parts fitting perfectly.

Price is good, but these might be items that have been returned and retrofitted due to previous damage. There was 1 leaf spring bolt that will not take grease and a die nut was needed to fix the threads. There was a shackle that had clearly been hammered out on a previous install which completely destroyed the first 3-4 threads so it had to be removed. We then had to grind down the bolt which is not ideal.Buyer beware, check all parts for damage when received.
