We ordered 4 blinds for our bedroom and they are definitely room darkening! They're excellent quality and easy to install. I previously ordered light filtering shades for my kitchen and I love them as well. This is a great brand and I will purchase from them again.

I switched to cellular shades for our own home as well as our rentals and have never looked back. It started with the ones sold in the blue and orange big box stores, but thought I'd give these a try. These are wonderful! The quality is just as good as the others and this brand beats the others' pricing by far. The blackout feature really helps to reduce heat in a room getting afternoon sun, or if you are sensitive to light while sleeping. We also have the light filtering ones, which are great for most rooms. I highly recommend these to anyone looking to upgrade their spaces.

It was a perfect fit and took less than 5 minutes for me to install. The color is exactly as I had hoped and it gives as much darkness as I needed. Looks clean and much nicer than the blinds I had before. No need to cut it at all. The only reason for taking a star off is because it came a little damaged. I ordered two from this seller, and only one had a little damage so it might have just gotten nudged during packing.

Sizing is accurate. Be sure to use stated measurement recommendations to ensure there is enough space to operate these freely.Before installing, I simply could not see my PC screen in the late afternoon with only my standard blinds installed. Once I installed these blackout shades, the room got quite dark. Almost no light gets through the shades, only a small amount around the edges. I mounted mine "inside" the window frame. When I mount more, I plan to put the shade much closer to the glass so there is less opportunity for light to bleed around the edges.These shades were easy to install (actually used exact same mounts as my old blinds). All hardware was included in the kit. To close the blinds, you simply pull down on the bottom clip, or push up to open. No strings to deal with. Highly recommended!
