Camera is on a shed, under a pine tree that drips sap all over the place. This cover is awesome and keeps all falling sap, twigs, and pine needles off the camera and I still get a great view in all directions but straight up.

Had to mount it on a 4" post. Drilled a couple new holes at the top to attach, but then realized that the brackets could be used to make it more stable on the side of the post. Probably could have just attached at the top hole along with the brackets. Great price and so far no issues.

Seem very sturdy, should take a mighty hail stone. Holes for mounting, especially the top screw, are slightly in line with the housing making them a little difficult to access, but still possible.

This is a camera cover and does just that. Well made, big enough, holes were perfect size for my way of attaching and for folks who can’t put holes, have no hand drill, no screws on hand etc….use ZIP TIES. I purposely wanted to use zip ties for where I needed to attach it so I sought out a certain type of cover with hole placements where I wanted and this was perfect! Ok, thank me later on the zip ties….or did I not think of that first lol!

Very simple shield. Using on eufy security camera. Shield also had pre drilled holes for solar panel. Very pleased.

The camera cover is kind ugly but covers perfectly my camera. it is longer than wider. the two things that are on top is something that I don't understand what their purpose is. That is less expensive one among many I checked.

I have a WyzeCam v4 mounted on a tree. However, the branch that I used to screw my camera into is about 3 inches thick. Since I couldn't use the other two screws to attach the camera like I would on a wall, I used the holes on top to tie the cover to other branches with a rope. Now it's secure and won't move. This is not possible with other covers, which are typically designed for flat surfaces. The design of this cover is beneficial, as it provides extra protection for my camera, which is made of hard plastic.

Pros: Good solid construction, underside is painted black to avoid reflections, good priceCon: Too narrowI bought this cover in order to protect an outdoor Lorex camera from the rain and snow. The cover is made of plastic that feels quite solid. The underside of the cover is painted black to avoid or lessen reflection from the camera's IR and the cover overall provides some protection to the camera. However, because of the cover's shape, the camera should ideally be angled and facing forward in order to get full protection from the cover but unfortunately in my case the camera is angled facing to the side rather than forward. Because this cover isn't wide enough to cover it completely in that setup, it is sticking out from under the cover on one side and the lens used to get wet whenever it rained or snowed. To remedy that, I used a sheet of flexible plastic which I placed between the cover and the camera junction box and which I secured onto the cover with a couple of screws. The cover and plastic sheet now sufficiently protect my camera from the elements.
