I like it because it is very sturdy and perfect size for 6qt kitchen aid bowl. But its curved edge doesn’t fit the bowl shapes so it never scrape good and leave the batter in the bowls.

Es una chulada, el refuerzo de acero interno hace que de sienta durable el silicón su calidad es de nivel alto los acabados son muy buenos y se lava ultra fácil por ser silicón no se le pega nada, la firmesa es la correcta para cocinar como para reposterÃa. Excelente inversión parecerÃa caro por solo una espátula pero la verdad es que estás pagando por un producto de calidad. Que te va a durar muchÃsimos años.
