This product so far works like a charm. I tried it on one my tiles and it got rid of the dried cement very quickly. Previously I used Muriatic acid to remove the cement, but it only took off some of the surface amount. However, once I used this Diamond Cup Wheels Turbo Fast Grinding tool it started to work immediately and in less than 2 minutes it removed all the dried cement from the ceramic tile.I would definitely recommend this for this sort of work.

Definitely is a aggressive wheel and removes concrete. It bites very hard and will wear you down quickly.
