Wire nuts that is. I’ve used this style for years and the #6, which these are, are the ones I’ve used most with house and industrial wiring.I tested these using 2- 18 AWG wires and it held just fine, though probably on the minimum edge of its capability as 3- 18’s are listed as the recommended minimum. I also tested 1- 12 AWG and up to 3-12 AWG and it performed perfectly; 2- 10 AWG should be no problem either.There is no downside to these wire nuts except possibly storage, since they come in quantities that should appeal to electrical contractors.

There are new styles of lever types electrical connectors, those are "fancy", easy to use but at a several to over 10 times of these traditional screw-on electrical connectors, those maybe good for the applications that you need to take out and put back the connections occasionally.For a more permanent "installation" or connection, I still prefer these traditional old style screw-on electrical connectors, they are also easy to use and have a solid connection as long as the application and screwing is done correctly.More important, like this product, it is only about 8.2 cents each as of writing. So it is definitely the preferred connectors for quantity connections and cost consideration.Excellent connectors, quality is comparable to those sold in home improvement stores. Twist and fit 2 AWG-12 wires without problem.

These are exactly like the name brand I bought at the home improvement store, but at almost half the price. There are enough here to build a house! These don't have the wings like some others, but the cost is so much better. The wings make them easier to get tight, but do take up more room. A nice perk would be if they included the little tool that goes over these (like a wrench) so you can get a better grip. This is a good deal if you need a lot, or want to share with a friend.

Living on a farm, we are constantly wiring or rewiring something. It just never seems to end. The one thing that we never have when we need them is wire connectors.These are good quality and while they are a little larger than I expected, they will be useful for wiring up the thicker wires.

Good quality Red Wire Nuts (pressure connectors) at a good bulk price These wire nuts are the standard type with a spring clamp inside. I prefer this simple cheap type you can tuck them neater in the tighter boxes. However, I switch over to the expensive Wing Nut type when my fingers get tired because I made a turning tool out of a PVC pipe that only works on the Wing Nut type.

Just like the ones you find at any hardware stores. Just as great. I would say the price here will give it advantage over the hardware stores. I did not count them, but they seem to be a lot which is the advertised 250 . Easy to use, and way safer than just trimming wires without this a cap on. I very highly recommend it.
