I have to sew a non-stretch taping in the waistband because I don't wear a belt and these shorts will pull off if I wear these to work. Just hanging my phone on the waistband pulls my shorts down. I like how they fit otherwise. I wish they would not make the waistband stretchy!

I can't seem to find it anywhere in the description, but these are what they call "Flex Fit". Not like the old shorts I can't seem to find anymore. They look the same. They fit nice and are comfortable. I just didn't really want stretchy shorts.Update... The front pockets are not deep enough to have my cell phone in. The corner of the phone sticks out. Bring back the old 11" Carpenter's shorts.
