The batteries with the thermometer were corroded in their packaging - how old were they that they were corroded?? I used my own batteries and the thermometer did not work.

This thermometer works great and was very reasonable priced. It makes taking a temperature hassle free, gives an accurate read and is super easy to use.

I put the batteries that came with this and nothing happened. I moved the batteries around and took them out and put them back in and still nothing. Finally I put in my own batteries (Energizers) and it worked. I tested the batteries that came with item and they both were bad. With the Energizers everything worked fine and after trying it on forehead several times discovered the temp readings were different everytime even after a few seconds. I do not recommend purchasing this item for the above reasons.

When I'm feeling bad or sick I use this seems to need batteries all the time, maybe get better batteries I buy from DGBut very effective for what it's for

Wish I could give zero stars. I opened the free batteries and got battery acid on my hands, ugh.. This thermometer is cheap, and do not think it is accurate and received 3 different readings taking 1 second apart. Feels very lightweigh. Sorry I bought this, and this is an awful purchase. I do NOT recommend. Think I will buy one at the drugstore and return this one.

J'ai pris ce thermomètre car c'est le même que nous deux utilisons au CHU. J'ai jamais eu confiance en ce type de mesure jusqu'à ce que je teste cet appareil. J'ai fait plusieurs comparatif avec le thermomètre électronique et les mesures sont similaires. En plus il y a un mode pour prendre la température dans la pièce. Là aussi nous avons fait des comparatif et les mesures sont bonnes.
