I don't have a calibrated scale to compare this one to. However, when I put the same thing on the scale multiple times in a row, it gives me the same or a very similar reading. So the results are consistent. Its also compact and light weight.

I have been looking for a good heavy duty weigh scale that will hold up to the things I want to weigh, and I finally found it. This weigh scale looks like a weak piece of plastic, but it comes with a good sturdy clip hook and a good sturdy s hook that attaches to solid metal holes. I can then hang the weigh scale from a chain to a solid steel beam and hang whatever I want to weigh from the s hook. The scale handles up to 300 Kg or 660 lbs. I can weigh my deer, luggage, or whatever I want accurately and efficiently. Plus it has an easy button push to freeze the scale so you can see the weight even after you remove the item you are weighing. I very much like this scale and look forward to using it for a long time to come. Great heavy duty weight scale.

This looks and feels like it is well made. The display is clear and it isn't that difficult to use. The instructions leave a little to be desired and there are things I think it can do that I haven't figured out yet (like calibrating it). If using this for luggage you are probably going to have to figure out something to hang it from that can hold the weight of the luggage you are weighing, or rig up some other sort of handle.
