The Refrigeration Digital Manifold Gauge group instrument is an auxiliary instrument for the installation, testing and maintenance of refrigeration equipment such as air conditioners,fridge and cold storage. The instrument has double pressure test, dual temperature test , digital readout, multi-unit switching, multi-mode function and built-in refrigerant database. The instrument uses high-strength engineering plastics and flexible non-slip silicone design, the whole machine is solid and comfortable to hold. Product Operation Steps:
1. Power on first, you need to install the battery, and then close the two valves. Note: you need to press the ZERO key to clear the original reading first.
2. Connect the three-color hose, then open the valve, you can use it normally.
3. If the test is too cold or overheating, you need to set the corresponding refrigerant model, and you need to connect a temperature sensor (temperature clamp), the meter can automatically switch to read the overcooling or overheating degree.

Some FAQs:
Question 1: How can we know whether the temperature of the calibration is accurate?
Answer: Here is a little trick to share with you: Put the pliers for measuring temperature into the boiling water of 100 degrees Celsius, and then check whether it is at 100 degrees Celsius. The error is within plus or minus 3%, which is accurate (because environmental factors are difficult to boil water. Reach 100 degrees Celsius).
Question 2: Sometimes the pressure value at the bottom of the meter will fluctuate slightly. Is it a leak or inaccurate data?
Answer: With the current manufacturing level of the hardware market, it is impossible for all Digital Manifold Gauge valves on the market to be 100% sealed. The sealing performance of the igital Manifold Gauge valve produced by our company is about 99.99%, but this slight beating has no effect on the use, and we strive to achieve 100% as soon as possible.
Question 3: The temperature clamp cannot test the temperature?

Precautions
1) The pressure measured by the digtal manifold pressure tester is gauge pressure.
2) Pressure testing ranges from -101Kpa to 6Mpa (-0.1bar to 60bar).
3) The limit pressure is 10 Mpa (100 bar).
4) The maximum operating pressure of standard hose is 600 PSI ( approximate 4.13 Mpa, 41.3 bar ).
The limit pressure is 3000 PSI approximate 20.68 Mpa, 206.8 bar ).
5) Please confirm the rated pressure value of the tested equipment before testing.
HIDDEN HOOK
The hidden hook design is convenient for hanging and testing the refrigeration equipment, and it is convenient to free both hands to record data, and it can be recycled and hidden without occupying space.
Air Hose Manifold
Equipped with three air hose manifolds, easy to operate and install, strong sealing, durability and safety.

This HVAC guage is not only a digital pressure gauge it also can measure temperature in two different locations. What I believe is the best feature is that if you are also measuring temperature the guage calculates Superheat and Subcooling real time. It does this automatically without having to fumble with charts, tables, a calculator or even use a separate divice to measure temperature. It allowed me to accurately add refrigerant to a refrigerator, that had lost charge through a slight leak over the years, using the preferred superheat method. To be fair I did not check the pressure accuracy of the guage. However, it is accurate enough for me and the above refrigerator is as cold as it was when new. Even the instruction booklet is clear. To get these features in a "Professional" digital guage would easily cost 3 times the price. I am totally happy with this purchase.

Only worked once , the unit did not work when needed for a Heat Pump Install New Batterys. Very unhappy with product. I will call on Monday 4/18/22 to see if they stand behind their product.

We own/manage a lot of properties. HVAC techs are getting harder to find and more expensive every year.Unable to find one this spring I ordered this digital manifold. It literally does most of the thinking for you making easy work out of a recharge or check charge.Couple of cons: 1. Does not come with shut off valves at the end of the lines. Was able to purchase them on Amazon for $22. This is important so there is less refrigerant lost it’s expensive!2. It takes 4AA batteries that are NOT included. Again no big deal however if your planning to use it the day you get it but 4AA’s.3. The case is extremely nice however the line sets must be unhooked to case it losing even more refrigerant.These are minor for the cost of this manifold. Time will tell how long it holds up but I’m hopeful taken care of in the case it will last for a few seasons.

The unit performs as intended, although the hose ends are a little bit cheaply made and may require adjustment of the valve depressing insert - mine did. You can always buy better hoses or incorporate non-leaking hose adapters.
