This thermometer is perfect for those parents who want to check their kids temperatures in the middle of the night and not wake them up. My kids spike with fevers and I have to constantly check them. This was so much easier than using the ear thermometer and waking them up. It reads super fast, lights up with a color indicator as to fever status and is easy to read.I checked this thermometer against two other ear thermometers and they were all close in what was being registered. I trust the accuracy of this.

I like these thermometers. They read quickly and accurately as long as you use proper procedure. This is the second I bought. Liked the first so well I got another for a family member.
