Its cute, simple. Makes noise but the move is like a joy stick even to drop the claw so it's a little tricky for littles.

This was an afterthought gift for my 5 year old. I thought maybe she’d use it, maybe not. She likes the claw machines at the arcade’s so I took a chance. This ended up being “THE GIFTâ€! Everything else was forgotten about and she spent so much time playing with this! I like that I can switch out the toys if she wanted to other prizes.

My kids have been playing on and off with this all day. It play soft music to signal “your turn†perfect for sharing. They win the prizes they put them back in.

This is one of those toys that you'll regret the moment you give it to your kid.Mine thought it was great until she realized how hard it was. Then she cried and whined until I showed her exactly how to do it. She played with it for a day. Then used it as a boom box and danced to the music for a few days. Then, she threw it around until she broke it.It's suitable for a 6 year old but not worth the headache that comes with it until they break it.

The claw itself is weak and can barely pick up the included toys. Not worth the money and small amount of space inside to try and add anything.

While this doesn't work as well as a real claw machine, it works surprisingly well for a 30 dollar toy! I didn't expect it to really work at all and was worried that it would excite my kids just to then dissapoint them. So before I wrapped it up for them to get over the holidays, I actually tried it out. It does not work if you have too many of the toys in it at a time, and only really works with the provided toys or ones that are a similar size and weight. It does, however have a legit working claw. you have to manually crank it to make it move from side to side, but the up and down/open and close feature works by pushing or pulling the joy stick. It can be difficult to get something in the claw, but that is true to claw machines, in fact if it worked to easily it wouldn't be as fun when you got something. I gave it to my 2 and 5 yr old as a joint gift, and to my surprise, both of them are able to actually use it. They didn't get as frusterated with it as I expected them to. They have taken it out to play with almost every day since getting it. My 5 year old loves to show it off to friends when they are over, and they love it too. There is a 9 year old that I waatch from time to time, and even she loved it. I thought she would feel that it was too little and not enough like the big kind you find in an arcade, but she was so excited to use it and jumped for joy when she actually grabbed something with the claw. The battery life is pretty good with it as well. I put batteries in when I first opened it and havent had to replace them yet. You can either use batteries, or plug it in with a USB c cord attached to either an outlet or a rechargable battery. There is a volume control for the music, thank goodness! Overall, I am rather impressed with this little home version of a classic arcade game!

This thing is so much fun! We even bought more small items to turn into prizes. The song can get annoying but thank you to whoever put the volume put in the design. It’s cute, extremely functional, and something hands on that they love to play.
