So this product is for reflexes and eye coordination but with a ball and you hit it but usually I've been getting a lot of cuts on my knuckles and I got one of these a long time ago and I loved it but I broke it so I bought another but this one is very heavily annoying because the ball is like 8 pounds and it feels like I'm just hitting a wall at that point, plus if I hit it too hard the headband starts to fall down and cover my eyes so I suggest you order yours on the tiktok shop because Amazon js scammed me for ts

La banda y la pelota son de muy buena calidad, excelente para mejorar tu coordinación y agilidad en el box, en cuestión de la cuerda, si es algo delgada pero considero que es resistente, al igual este producto no es para mejorar fuerza asà qué hay que evitar golpear la pelota demasiado fuerte.

Entrega en tiempo sin retrasos, bien cuidado el paquete y cumple con la descripción. Muy buen producto. Sólo me parece que el largo de la cuerda es un tanto excesiva por lo que es difÃcil su uso en ciertos espacios.
