Been in Colorguard for 4 years and she wanted her own rifle and Sabre so we did some research and got this rifle. It is very sturdy, lightweight and the handle is just wide enough for smaller hands.It tapes up well and doesn’t take hit too hard. It also is easy to wipe down and keep clean which is important for competitive season.She really likes using it.

This is the rifle of choice for my high school's color guard and has served me and my teammates well, as with any rifle out there, the weight can very often fluctuate, so keep in mind that lighter rifles can break faster as the wood is less dense. Happy Spinning!

It doesn’t say it but this rifle is wood, not plastic. So, if you’re looking for a wood one this is perfect! For plastic, I recommended looking on an actual colorguard site! This rifle is amazing, I absolutely love!

i've been on weapon line with my school's color guard for 3 years now, and i really like this rifle. it's lighter than an average rifle, as mentioned by other friends on rifle line, but i like the lighter weight. make sure you buy strapping tape because mine started cracking but i practice some high tosses pretty frequently, so that's understandable considering i'm only using electric tape.
