I was really excited when I got this body and my strat neck fit so snug but upon further inspection there were a few things wrong. The neck pocket was at a slight angle which would leave a gap if you tried to make the neck straight. Standard pick guard was to big for control cavity and would not sit in the body. Standard jack plate would not sit in body either. Holes for bridge screws were not aligned properly making the bridge crooked. This thing is useless as a replacement body as it states as nothing fits.

Holes are wrong sizes or only partially drilled. Lots of work to make it usable the neck holes are in the wrong spot.

Excellent quality wood, much like Alder. Requires some woodworking to fit the neck and bridge, and some light-duty routing for larger pots & pickups, which is normal. The main feature is the wood quality, and that there’s minimal manufacturing to allow for all kinds of modification.

Routes cutouts are not to a Strat spec. Do not waste your money.

Seems nice, but my neck and pickups won't fit into the routed cavities, unfortunately... they seem just SLIGHTLY too small (1-2 mm), so unfortunately I will have to do a bit of sanding to open the cavities bigger. Also could use a drill hole between the main cavity and the jack (otherwise no way to wire it! But this hopefully won't be too difficult.) We'll see how it goes!
