Mine arrived absolutely disgusting and looked like it had been dragged on someone’s shoe around a ware house (it literally had a shoe tread pattern in the dirt). I wouldn’t order the thread unless you need a dark color. DO NOT order a white or any pastels.

The price on this borders on being a scam. A single skein of DMC floss is typically 30¢-75¢ at most retailers, both brick-and-mortar and online. Charging $4-$8 for a single skein seems like it could be intentionally taking advantage of people confusing the descriptor of “6-strand†with “6 skeins.â€Amazon needs to fix this. Either adjust to a more reasonable price or not offer single skeins at all.
