Sounds pretty good for the price, way better than chopping off the muffler like some people do. I have headers on my car too so it gets alittle raspy above 4 to 5k rpms, but at idle and from 1 to 3k it has a nice throaty sound. Only complain is that it doesn't sit exactly where the bumper cut out is for the pipe, it sits kinda crooked. Be prepared to fight rusted bolts on your car too, have a propane torch handy and make sure to use tons of pb blaster the day before and let it soak in and soak it again right before you go to wrenching on them, the rusted bolts will snap off and make life way more difficult than it should be.

Put on my 1998 altezza 3GSE. Only used rear section since cat is welded to mid pipe. Fit well. Sounds surprisingly good. All hangers lined up. Sticks a bit past rear bumper but makes sense for japanese spec shorter bumpers. No regrets.

Product gets the job done. Just BARELY fits and by the end of the install the exhaust tip isn't even close to lining up with the cut out. It is very lightweight and sounds fantastic with or without the baffle. With the baffle, you get this raspy, crackly exhaust note that is quiet enough to not attract attention. Without the baffle in the end, you get a bassy deep sound, but it is very droney at highway speeds. Baffle out is only good if you plan on showing off. At highway speeds without the baffle you can hardly talk in the cabin

Absolutely nothing fit correctly. I understand that this is a cheap exhaust so the quality will be lacking, but it should at least correctly be bent for the car. The mid-pipe was against the frame of the car and the muffler hung out to the right and melted my bumper. People spend the extra money and get a name brand item so you're not stuck with this exhaust like I am.

I raided this at five star because I personally think that it is good product for the price. I need to replace my exhaust system for my 2001 Lexus IS300 and this fit good and sounds good. I just had to get a grinder and cut part of the factory fitting off the catalytic converter on the y-pipe for the mid pipe to fit and part of the rear bumper as well so the exhaust doesn't melt the bumper. It only took me an hour to hook up the exhaust but I do recommend buying the little rubber hangers to hold the exhaust up. It's just easier to cut and replace and they are cheap 25$

The muffler works really well with the stock equipment but as for the rest of the piping it's not been where it's supposed to be and doesn't fit properly on the vehicle I ended up having to take it to a muffler shop and they ended up welding a new pipe and just taking off everything but the muffler

it’s great! Feels good to have an actual cat back exhaust after having a straight pipe for a while... The pros is that it comes with hardware and and a gnarly chrome cannon but it doesn’t like up well going out the bumper and you’ll have to do some minor modification to the cat to fit the bolts and gasket flush... in 2 weeks I now have an exhaust leak but it could just be me since I did the modifications

When trying to get the exhaust installed, the piping didn't line up by at least 1/'2".Not worth the money, save for a better exhaust.

I've never left a review in my life, but if this saves even one person from buying, my time writing this was worth it.Spend your hard earned money elsewhere. The flange that bolts to the Y-Pipe does not fit at all. The flange from rear-mid pipe to the axle-back is not angled correctly. The axle-back muffler portion has incorrect bends that cause interference with the lower control arm bracket of the sub frame. The tip is literally pressing up against the bumper from the hangers not being angled correctly. Car is un-driveable until I get a new exhaust ordered.How does a 'manufacturing company', manage to mess up every single aspect of an exhaust ? It leaks, and doesn't line up.Wow.

Exhaust sounds so good! its loud in between mid and high rpm with no drouning. Although when installing you have to cut out little pipe sticking out of the cat and Muffler tip touchs left side of bumper. This Exhaust makes your Lexus sound like a Supra
