Transmission oil cooler failed!! leaked radiator fluids and oil into my radiator and transmission. Great price but low quality product took about a month to fail.

My only complaint, and not really a complaint is that my original radiator did not use the cooler or even have one. This means leaving the access holes open. Did not have anything to block off. Maybe include 2 small plastic plugs? Would not add cost. Not sure if leaving them unplugged will cause long term damage, but its in, and I'm not removing again. No leaks!
