better than other braces I've tried thanks to the lack of splint. its pretty easy to use and just takes some fiddling to find a tightness that works for you. my biggest gripe is that it can be itchy- though that's been an inconsistent issue and I opt to just wear it overnight most of the time so it's fine. I've yet to really run it through its paces on more persistent wrist pain but so far so good

I get tremendous support from this product. The relief it offers is fantastic and has helped me at work and at the gym. I have a difficult job so it's rough on the product but in a less intense work place this product would have a much longer life. I will definitely keep using this product because it gives support without hindering the use of my hand. At its price point it's pretty cheap for the high level of relief it provides so I would recommend this to other people. It's pretty helpful in the gym too but the machines and dumbells are rough on it so maybe use just regular wrist straps at the gym but other than that, I love the product.

I didn’t want anything too long or restrictive though, because I have a job that is frequently physical, needing to lift or move things. This worked perfectly. It was comfortable to wear while my wrist healed, while still allowing movement.

I just received the wrist braces so while I have tried them on, I cannot yet rate them for efficacy. They are easy to put on and very comfortable. The items are professionally packaged and include an informative booklet on a variety of conditions that can affect the wrists. It also includes exercises and other remedies to help strengthen the wrists and alleviate pain.

This wrist band is great. I sprained my wrist about two weeks ago. It was weak and I slowly had increasing pain in my wrist and hand. I ordered this wrist band and, literally within hours of its arrival, had relief. I don't know whether it was the design or the copper in it, but it worked immediately. I only wear it an hour or two a day now, but my wrist and hand are fine almost all the time now.

Me ha ayudado bastante para aliviar el dolor del túnel carpiano. La uso casi a diario. Llevo con ella 6 meses. La uso principalmente para trabajar y me ayuda a mantener la mano en la posición correcta, de manera que mi muñeca no se doble y lastime el tendón de la muñeca de mi mano.Sirve para ambas manos. El material es muy cómodo. Me gusta que tenga un punto extra con velcro además del extremo para fijar la muñequera, porque ayuda a tener mayor fijación. Creo que eso hace mucha diferencia en los resultados.

I purchased this wrist brace because I have tendonitis in my wrists. It's actually quite comfortable to wear, I can even type with it on, it doesn't interfere at all with the dexterity of your finger, but you might want to avoid gripping dirty objects with it on (ie. washing dishes for example will soak the material). The tensile band that wraps around the wrist is great and distributes the pressure very evenly all throughout the joints. It doesn't relieve pain immediately, obviously, it's not a medication, but it stabilizes your wrists and also serves as a bit of a reminder not to go nuts and perform motions that might aggravate or inflame your wrists, like horsing around with your kids so that your wrist has a chance to heal faster!One of the nicest and unexpected things that came in the package was a little, "Dr. Arthritis Handbook," which includes a whole ton of information on different conditions that affect joints, tendons and ligaments, as well as daily exercises you can perform to alleviate and improve many different conditions. I'm happy with the purchase and (though I am not a doctor) I recommend it if you need wrist support due to pain or injury!
