This set was great for detangling my cats mats. It was a little uncomfortable at first for him, but he managed to be okay with how I did it. Also, the combs were a great addition because they functioned like a flea comb as well.

I have a Kangal who sheds constantly and the pet brushes you get at walmart were not cutting it. After brushing my dog with the store bought brush then trying this I was shocked at how much fur this was removing. It doesn`t look like it would do a lot but trust me If you have a pup with a heavy coat , get this.

I bought this specifically for the rake brush. It works really well for our cats, especially our medium haired and her sister with a thick undercoat. They seem to enjoy being brushed and I am able to get a lot of fur off of them. The fur sticks nicely to the brush and doesn’t go flying everywhere. It seems like it’s sturdy and it has a nice wooden handle. I don’t really use the combs because they don’t seem to deal with the shedding as well as the brush. Overall very pleased with this purchase!

My cat usually hates being brushed, so I've been trying to find something he'll actually let me use on him. The two smaller brushes (more like combs, really) seem to do the trick, as he doesn't run away as soon as I touch him. The bigger one, that kind of resembles a claw, terrified him, so that one's kind of a bust for me. All in all, two out of three being useful is good math to me, so I'm pleased.4 stars

Honestly this is the best thing ever. It works so well, and it is also really affective on getting hair out of furniture I also was able to refluff my "faux sheep skin rug and made it look brand new. All the brushes are great and good quality too

I have had one of these brushes for the past 15 years. They don't wear out, you just sometimes loose them!I have Golden Retrievers and now have added a Cocker Spaniel and the brush is magic.My only complaint was the delivery. They sent me a photo and I wasn't home until the next day. The photo showed my parcel on the front verandah in full view to anyone walking down the street when it could easily have been put out of sight. Fortunately it was still there when I got home!!
