This isn't big enough for my dog. Very cheap appearing and the box wobbles. And I'm not paying $7 to return this thing so. You get what you pay for I guess.

I ordered this delightful gift to my dog . It is our 2nd. year living the condo life. It's a pain to get dressed for outdoor potty runs, so we were smart starting off by buying our 1st. tray last year , best investment ever! But that brand I had to wash pee pads every couple of days. That is smelly and disgusting . But, we did it. Now, it's a new year and I'm older and wiser, so I ordered this pee pad with a tray! so cool! but, one drawback is the drawer splashes when removing. Hope this will become less of an issue with use. Anyway, we are happy! thank you

My dog uses this when it’s blizzarding higher than her body size outside. She likes it well enough. I like that it’s easy to clean and that it has a drawer to catch liquid and dump out.

I didn't think this product was going to work I had it for 2 or 3 days and the dogs wouldn't use it wouldn't use it they'd party on my floor and finally they're starting to use it on day 5 they have been using the grass mat to go potty on so you have to wait and be patient for your dogs to realize that that is where they need to go to the bathroom and not on your floor

Product is way smaller than you think. Drawer does not come out to dump pet waste, leaving you with a whole tray to carry and dump urine. Grasses are thin, smelled like off gassing and had a weird film I tried to wipe off. Left me worried about what chemicals I was exposing my pet's paws (and maybe their mouth) to. Buy a better quality product. Doesn't really do the job I've needed it to.

There was so much glue on the back of the green turf that I had to makes slits all along the back for any drainage. Once that was done liquid can drain through. Was a little hassle and doesn't drain as well as it could but it works.

Works perfect. Easy to clean. We use a pee pad under the grass so it gets absorbed rather than drains into the pull out tray. We soak the grass in bleach water rinse it and let it air dry. We have three pieces of grass to change out while the dirty one gets cleaned.
