I actually loved this product, which is why I'm rating it 4 stars. It was so much easier to shave my dog and so much less messy. I did have to empty it quite a lot, but that was fine. I liked the different accessories that came with it. The noise level wasn't too bad, my cockapoo didn't like it tho. It worked well until I turned it off to dump it and went to restart and it wouldn't turn back on. Ended up figuring out if I kept hitting it over and over again I could eventually get it to turn on, but it would do the same thing every time. I think there was a problem with the wiring to where it maybe connected sometimes and not others.I set it to return and requested a replacement. It came promptly and I have try it still to see if it works this time. I will update review when I know for sure. Other than that I liked the build quality.

So far I used it a couple of times - my puppies are slowly learning that it’s not a monster that’s going to eat them lol. But it works very well, comes with a lot of different attachments for different purposes. The noise is not as loud as the one I had before, and it removes loose hair pretty well without pulling too much.

This thing is a steaming pile of… spend a few dollars more and get a better unit. I’ve had two of these, different brands and ended up buying a third because this one didn’t make it through 20 minutes without losing suction completely (not because it was full). It does not have adequate suction straight out of the box and then once it starts to collect hair it loses even more. It won’t pick up a chunk of hair even if it’s on the floor detached already, the suction is so low. Sending it back immediately! Way better options available!! Also the nail trimmer is absolutely useless. Do t think you are doing yourself any favors getting it. It doesn’t work! With any pressure from the actual nail it doesn’t turn! Doesn’t work at all.
