Measured neck & chest and ordered XS. It went over her head, legs & chest - and does stretch - but only covered 1/2 of her back. UPDATE: got the small - still too short on the back. Per description it is ~17â€. Actual measured garment is 11†from neck to bum. It is 17†from the top of the hoodie to the hem of the skirt. This is for ~10lb Maltese/poodle mix. Her measurements 10†neck & just under 17†neck to bum. S is too small. Recommend sizing up for full coverage. The product is super soft & colors are as pictured.
