I bought this item only 2 days after we put our corgi down after losing his battle with lymphoma. It arrive in a very nice box and a nice note with instructions (family owned business). The product is a nice size and the inserts are well made and priced well. The only thing I can say negative is that the screws that hold the tabs are very lose and will need to be tighten. Thank you for carrying a quality product.

I was especially heartbroken while shopping for this frame as my dog recently passed away. Honestly it was hard to focus on what I was even buying. I was pleasantly surprised when it arrived. It’s basically a high quality kit with loads of different options to make a wonderful memorial. It arrives with a nice presentation, so I think this could also be a great sympathy gift.

When I couldn’t find what to do with our boys collars, but definitely wouldn’t throw them away I found this. I absolute love it. As you can see both collars are different sizes and thicknesses. My one dog was a big ol block head with a fat neck and his collar fit perfectly. I highly recommend if you’re looking for a keepsake. Super easy to use with different collar fitting slots.

I do like the frame, especially because there are three matt options to choose from. My only complaint is I would have preferred regular glass instead of the plexiglass. The plexiglass has scratches and markings on it that I can’t buff out. So it’s nice completely clear like glass would be.

I lost my baby from a car accident and it has been so hard on me but I love that there was enough room to add the collar like described it makes me feel like she is till with me. I love my picture frame. I have it right by my desk so I see it all day while I work.

This is an amazing way to honor your late animal. It has become my most prized possession. Well built, and it is VERY customizable. Highly recommend.

What I Like - This is really great used as a memorial frame of a deceased pet. The quality itself is decent, and it gives you multiple choices of backing card stock paper in case you have a thicker collar or smaller collar. They also provide a stick on hook you can use instead to hang the collar or a tag. The frame itself is a good quality.What I Don’t Like - Instead of actual glass, it’s made out of plexiglass. The plexiglass itself is very thin. However, they do ship it with protection plastic over each side so it doesn’t have any scratches on it. I prefer glass myself, but I could see how plexiglass has its benefits in case of accidents.

Was a bit hard to fit a collar of a larger dog, but after watching the video from the QR code supplied and some careful cutting of the collar we now have a beautiful way to display our Bella's collar. I look at this every day and I'm so happy with this purchase

Finally got around to using this . Very difficult to get the collar in. And the stand broke straight away
