I've been on a search for the perfect pad, haven't found it yet, but these pads have been a game changer-- they don't leak through so long as the dogs don't pee on the edges. All pads seem to do that, unfortunately. These, however, are the best one's I've used yet.I've fostered lots of rescues for a long time now and have been using pee pads for years, and I've yet to find a pad that doesn't leak and spread underneath if the dog pees on the edges, including these, but what I love about these though, is they hold a good amount of urine and don't soak through underneath like so many seem to if you don't change them right away.While they're not inexpensive, I find they last longer and are a good value for the $. This is my 4th time ordering them. I honestly do recommend them.

These pads are the right size for a Large Puppy. There is enough room for puppy to potty with the liquid staying on the pad. The pads are thick and absorb liquids quickly without leaking through the pads to the floor underneath. The one thing we do not like about the pads is that the wet spots are Very Slippery if stepped on. The pads don't tear, they slide! This is not something that happens often. The dogs do not seem to have a problem with this. Perhaps they look more carefully where they step. The pads are a little higher in price than some of the other pads we have tried. We have Large dogs, Large puppies, they need the room provided by these pads, for this-the size they are well priced. They are super absorbent, very thick, hold the liquid on and in the pads without soaking the floors under the pads. These pads are a quality product, we have reordered and will continue to use them. We also highly recommend them to owners of large breed dogs and puppies.

Heavy duty capacity holds onto the fluid no leaking. Thicker plastic backing, and better top layer. Larger sizes for larger breeds. Hasn't let me down yet. I used with my last 3 dogs dueing puppy training and as they grew old and became incontinent.One word of caution, avoid stepping on a wet pad, the internal absorbent gel beads are REALLY slippery. We have had a few scary slips. If you are covering a large area, for a large do, overlap the edges to avoid leaking, if your dog straddles two pads.We have also used these pads under the young grand-babies when they sleep over.
