This pooh can makes picking up after my dogs an easier task. I can carry it with me using the handle on the top. The scooper I have fits into the can so easily that I don't have to do much bending. I park the can in a section and scoop until I'm done. The can came with extra bags which is always a plus. I can tie the bags off, remove the insert and dump it in the trash without getting pooh everywhere. I have to say that with the lid closed, I don't smell pooh at all. This can sits at the edge of my patio until we need it. It's been outside for about a week. Even with the sun beating on it, no smell. The issue I have with this can is its size. I wish it were just a bit larger. My fur babies are both over 50 pounds. This is an every-other-day chore. So maybe the size is good after all.

This is a good pail , it is pretty small so not good for what i wanted to use it But it would make a cute side pail in an office, bathroom.

Prior to getting this I'd been using a metal pail. The problem with it was that I didn't have a lid for it, and sometimes rainwater would get in. Also, the lack of a cover meant that it could get a bit ripe, even in the shade.This helps cut down on the odors by keeping out the weather and covering the miasma.The footpedal works well, and the lid is anti-slam. There is a removable plastic bucket liner with a wire handle that fits inside to make it easier to empty as you can pull the inner bucket out rather than carrying the whole unit, and it comes with a couple rolls of liners, which make it easier to keep clean.I do wish the liners were compostable though. I'll have to keep looking for those.Also of note, at 5L, this is most suitable for smaller dogs. If you have a medium or large dog, or multiple dogs, this will fill up pretty quick. With one knee high pupper, it can hold about a week's worth of what doesn't get taken care of on walks. But it would've only lasted about a day when I had four medium sized dogs to clean up after.

Not very big, but I like it the way it is, it works well to keep the smell inside, and I wouldn't want it to hold too much more poop in there anyway, it is pretty sturdy and quality made, but not super tough metal, it's lightweight, so I am not sure how much of wind it can endure before flying away, soft closing lid, and a nice design, it has a plastic insert that you can take out and wash which is very nice, and the foot pedal is also a very great addition, all in all this is a great product.
