This is a good product IF you have the right size. My dog is a Chaweenie that weighs 4 lbs. I bought the XS and it is still too big for her, even after making all of the adjustments. The product is sturdy and durable. Easier for pup to get around on smooth surfaces vs non smooth. Takes more muscle to walk on grass. The instructions were vague and not helpful much, but the product is easy to assemble by looking at it and the picture, if you have common sense. I recommend this product if you have a 7-8 lb dog or larger-as the size seems to run big. Also, plan on using on hardwood floors or other hard surfaces, unless your pup is really strong. If the product had fit her size and was easier on her in the grass, I would have given it 5+stars. Good value for money, worth trying.

The assembly instructions are incomplete, the pictures are horrible, and I generally had to figure it out from the product picture. It's disconcerting that I am going to put my senior, disabled dog in it and it is potentially put together wrong.

We used this dog walker for on old small dog with hind end mobility issues. He hates getting into it and pulls his legs away. It's difficult to get him into it. Once he is in it I think he likes using it. It's not a perfect fit but it's probably a good value for the cost.
