Hard and durable frame, but soft and secure harness; this is really well made and a wonderful piece to have available (even if you adopt and the wheels come with). Always have a backup.

I ordered this well-made, simple to use, and durable wheelchair for a local vet hospital, and they have a lucky recipent lined up - one who had a home made rig that is nowhere as a nice or useful as this system.

It is surprisingly good! the materials that were used in this product are great, making it a sturdy product. True that it is easy to install and is easy to adjust.
