I’m not supposed to have a pitbull at the apartments I stay at when I work out of town and this has been the perfect solution. I put this on my balcony and no one knows I have a pitbull here. It took my dog a couple days to use it but once he did, it’s been 100% fool proof. I just got my 2nd grass thing today. I got the extra large size because my dog is 80 pounds. It lasted a month, although it may have lasted longer but it got rained on once during a really bad storm. It was easy to set up and easy to dispose of…. Just rolled up the old one and put it in the bag and box the new one came In.

I got this for my balcony for my little 4.5-pound dog, and it's brilliant! I've been watering it a little, and it's staying lush and green. It's a great size, sleek, and is working out well for him. Please make sure you look at the sizes for your pup to make sure they will work. I got him a miniature fire hydrant to place on the grass so he would have something to pee on. Best of luck

My experience with DoggieLawn has been nothing short of frustrating. The product I received is vastly different from what was advertised. The grass pad is an inch smaller than the tray, and the tray itself is shallower and made from cheap materials, with no DoggieLawn logo to confirm its authenticity. While the tray isn't marketed as a premium item, it is priced at an outrageous premium that doesn't reflect its actual quality. To make matters worse, DoggieLawn offers no return options directly. If you attempt to return it through Amazon, they state, “Items should be in original/unused condition with all parts, accessories, and manuals. The condition in which your items are returned could impact your refund.†This is a significant problem because there's no way to guarantee the grass pad will remain in perfect condition during transit, potentially jeopardizing any refund.I strongly advise against purchasing from DoggieLawn. Save yourself the hassle and expense—there are better alternatives that offer genuine value and reliable customer service.

After reading reviews of other patches of grass for training, I checked this one out before taking it to the area I wanted to use it in. The grass was lush and clean. Smelled horrible to me.. maybe they used a fertilizer which included manure?? It was wet when arrived. My dogs are already trained but I wanted to see if they'd use a patch of grass in the "relief area" that we have in our lanai, which is dirt and we have had covered with mulch for years. Our newest rescue, who is one year old, chews and eats the mulch so I needed to get rid of that which left dirt. She laid on the grass at first and licked it, and chewed off parts of it from the edges. She did stop doing those things. I haven't seen either of them use the grass to go to the bathroom on but I'm not out there watching all the time.. I do still recommend it for people to try for training. Due to the smell, I certainly wouldn't have it in a totally contained area. We have screening so there is air flowing.

I have been getting 2' x 4' patches of grass for my dog for the last year. Usually, I order Fresh Patch, but I have gotten Doggy Lawn a couple times including last week. The grass arrived in bad shape, with tears and loosely held together substrate, but I remained hopeful. It didn't take long for my dog to catch on that the grass was practically falling apart, and he started shredding it. When he did, I realized there were pieces of wood integrated into the substrate (think mulch) that he could easily swallow and hurt himself with. I decided to toss it and order from Fresh Patch.
