My 10 year old is on a year-round swim team and it's hard to find fun prints in athletic, training-style suits but the Dolfin Uglies prints are really fun and eye-catching! It's also a functional training suit- comfortable fabric and cut, thin V-style straps that don't rub, keyhole back, fully lined, etc. In my opinion this runs a little on the small side, so if you have a small build you're probably fine with your regular size. If you have a thicker build I'd size up.

Fits well, and has also held up to swimming in a chlorine pool 2x a week. I barely "wash" it - I merely rinse it in the shower after I swim. Good quality.

I am 5'5", weigh 125 lbs, short-waisted, and thicker in the middle. I bought a 34 size. It was a bit tight overall. I'm returning it for a 36.

Being an avid lap swimmer for decades I didn’t discover this brand til 10 years ago . The average life of my dolphin uglies suits is 3 years . It holds up to salt and chlorine water without losing color or shape . Purchasing a suit online is tricky but if you order the size that you think will fit and one the next size up you should be ok . With measurements 34/28/37 a size 38 fits perfectly . Upon meeting other dolphin uglie clad swimmers on the deck we all spontaneously extoll the virtues of this suit for comfort , cute designs and durability . It’s worth the expense and effort to find your right size , because these suits are built to last. Happy swimming !

My favourite costume as they are comfortable, long lasting and double lined, this one has a lovely bright print and unusual striped lining. Medium leg height and high top gives great body coverage too.
